1. Hardware Platform

The following list is a minimum standard hardware requirement for out MSP contracts. These standards are needed for u to meet our perform service to your account successfully as outlined in your contract.

Windows Based PC's

Must meet requirements to run windows 11 as outlined by Microsoft

    1.  1. 1 GHz Processor or faster w 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit CPU
    2.  2. 4 GB of RAM
    3.  3.  64GB of Storage
    4.  4. System Firmware must be UEFI and Secure Boot capable 
    5.  5. TPM version 2.0 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver and it must be enabled
    6.  6. Graphics compatible with DirectX 12 or later with WDDM 2.0 driver
    7.  7. Display 720p on greater than a 9" screen 8 bits per color channel
  2. Networking Requirements 
  3. Routers must be business class firewalls capable of Meeting current HIPAA, PCI, and SOC2 standards
  4. must be SNMP 2 capable 
  5. Networking equipment must be Provided by us or be able to be managed remotely and enable monitoring and alerting on our cloud management platforms.
